We offer G-registered and EASA aircraft in Spain, France, Morocco and the UK, allowing pilots to build Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours, complete SEP revalidation flights and gain real-world touring experience across Europe.

Aircraft rental for hour building and pleasure flying, based in Granada, Southern Spain; Bordeaux, Cannes, France; and Essex, UK.

​Our fleet includes G-REG and EASA-registered planes for both UKCAA and EASA pilots. (The UK base operates from May to October.)

Who Runs Hour-Building.com:

Hour-Building.com is owned and run by Clifford Marker (CRI)

​

A Pilot since 2018 and a qualified Class Rating Instructor (CRI), Clifford oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, aircraft standards, pilot check flights and SEP revalidations.

​

Having flown extensively throughout Spain, France, Morocco and Europe, Clifford understands exactly what pilots need when they are building hours, preparing for commercial training or simply looking to make the most of their flying.

​

Unlike many aircraft rental companies, Hour-Building.com is run by an active pilot who regularly flies the same routes, visits the same destinations and experiences the same challenges as the pilots who rent our aircraft.

​

His goal is simple: provide well-maintained aircraft, straightforward advice, and help pilots gain valuable real-world experience whilst enjoying some of the best flying weather in Europe.
